Spice-Rubbed Pork Ribs with BBQ Sauce

Paired with a glass of Angels & Cowboys Proprietary Red, it’s a perfect match!
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 tbsp Kosher salt
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 1/2 points St. Louis-style pork ribs - rinsed and patted dry
- 1 cup Coca-Cola
- 3/4 cup store-bought gluten-free barbecue sauce
Top with two layers of foil and roll, then crimp the edges upward tightly to seal. Place on a baking sheet and bake until the meat is starting to shrink away from the ends of the bone, 2 to 2-1/2 hours.
